Due to the nature of our products being food items, special hygiene and safety regulations apply.
1. No Returns
All Swiss Flavor Box packages are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Each box is carefully hand-packed, quality-checked, and sealed, including verification of expiration dates and product condition. For hygiene and food safety reasons, shipped packages cannot be returned once dispatched.
2. No Refunds After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, Swiss Flavor Box does not provide refunds, including but not limited to cases involving:

Shipping delays outside of our control
3. Shipping & Transport Damage
All orders are shipped via third-party shipping carriers.
Swiss Flavor Box is not liable for:

Lost or delayed shipments

Damaged outer packaging

Temperature exposure or storage conditions during transit
Any claims related to shipping issues must be submitted directly to the shipping carrier.
4. Product Availability & Substitutions
Swiss Flavor Box reserves the right to substitute individual items if a product is unavailable or discontinued.
Minor variations in product selection, packaging, or design may occur and do not constitute grounds for complaint, provided the overall value and character of the box remain comparable.
5. Allergies & Food Intolerances
Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient lists and allergen information prior to purchase.
Swiss Flavor Box accepts no liability for allergic reactions, dietary incompatibilities, or health-related issues resulting from product consumption.
6. Force Majeure
Swiss Flavor Box shall not be held liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Customs inspections or import restrictions

Postal service interruptions or strikes

Natural disasters

Government regulations or international shipping restrictions
In such cases, refunds or compensation cannot be guaranteed.
7. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Swiss Flavor Box is not liable for lost, delayed, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
8. Acceptance of Policy
By placing an order, the customer agrees to this Refund Policy and acknowledges that food products are excluded from return and refund eligibility once shipped.
This Refund Policy forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Swiss Flavor Box.
