Swiss Flavor Box

1. Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Swiss Flavor Box online shop.

By placing an order, the customer confirms full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products and Offers

Swiss Flavor Box sells pre-assembled snack boxes at fixed prices (e.g. CHF 34.90, CHF 39.90, CHF 64.90, CHF 94.90).

The content of each box is presented transparently in the online shop. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the delivered items.

Swiss Flavor Box reserves the right to replace individual items with equivalent products of equal or higher value if necessary due to availability or supply issues.

3. Conclusion of Contract

A purchase contract is concluded once the customer completes the order process and payment has been successfully confirmed.

Swiss Flavor Box reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at its sole discretion and without providing justification.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless stated otherwise.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are displayed separately during checkout.

All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Swiss Flavor Box has no control over and assumes no responsibility for such charges.

5. Delivery and Shipping

Orders are shipped via third-party shipping carriers both domestically and internationally.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Swiss Flavor Box is not liable for:

• Shipping delays

• Lost shipments

• Damages caused during transportation

• Customs delays or import restrictions

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the shipping carrier, where permitted by law.

6. Food Products and Shelf Life

All products sold are food items.

Best-before dates are indicated but may vary depending on product type and storage conditions.

Swiss Flavor Box assumes no liability for:

• Improper storage after delivery

• Individual taste preferences

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredient and allergen information before consumption.

7. No Right of Withdrawal or Returns

Due to hygiene and food safety regulations, all sales are final.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are excluded once an order has been shipped, unless required by mandatory law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swiss Flavor Box shall only be liable for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
