REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Swiss Flavor Box, every order is hand-packed with care in Switzerland using 100% authentic Swiss products. Your satisfaction is very important to us – and if something isn’t right, we are always here to help.

Because our boxes contain food items, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for taste preferences or change of mind. However, if there is an issue with your order, we will always make it right.

 

 

Free replacement

 

 

We will happily send you a free replacement if:

 

  • you received the wrong item

  • your order arrived damaged

  • your parcel is officially declared lost by the shipping carrier

 

 

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: swissflavorbox@gmail.com

Include your order number and clear photos or a short video of the issue.

For lost parcels, a replacement will be arranged once the tracking confirms the shipment as lost.

 

 

Important information

 

 

Parcels that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or that are not collected from the local post office are not eligible for replacement.
